Flight Information
Registrants are responsible for their own flight arrangements. Norman course registrants should fly into Will Rogers Airport in nearby Oklahoma City. Rental car companies and shuttle services are conveniently located.
Accommodations
Registrants are responsible for their own hotel reservations. Reservations at site hotel should be made by registration deadline to receive the reduced rate for course participants. The Norman site hotel is the Holiday Inn Norman.

Attendance is limited to thirty-five participants. To have the best chance to get into the course you wish to attend, the registration should be submitted at least fifteen days prior to that course date. If paying by check, payment should accompany the registration form. Corporate payment may require several days to process, so if you would like to reserve a space for the course before payment can be made, call us at (405) 366-7677.
Refund Policy
Payment must accompany registration. Cancellation prior to three weeks before the course refunds total fee. Cancellation between three weeks and five days before start of course refunds 90%. No refund will be made if cancellation is received less than five calendar days before start of the course. Payment for cancellation within five days of course may be applied toward any later offering of the course. Registrant may send a substitute attendee in his or her place at any time.
